WATO opened an enterprise in Kazanlyk (Bulgaria) for its water valves, produced according to the global standards and with competitive prices.
Management of Water supply and sanitation networks are becoming one of the world's biggest problems, because of the huge waste of valuable natural resource of water, but also because of the large economic losses that this entails. According to the Water Association in Bulgaria, water losses in water distribution network are reaching 70%.

The programs that we have developed help to rapidly and effectively reduce water loss up to 20%. Nearly 1.5 million euro has been invested in the past two years for creating the enterprise for manufacturing the water valves. The main part of the production is now about control and regulating valves under the license of one of the world's best manufacturers.
The three main areas in which the company operates are: manufacture of valves and fittings, measuring equipment, analysis, control and services aimed at the efficient management of water supply networks.
