Project goal: Development of management capacity of WATO BG ltd and promoting the use of information and communication technologies in order to increase: the competitiveness, the export potential and the market position of the company- global and national.
Specific goals:
- Optimization of the basic and auxiliary business processes in the company and improvement of the internal organization;
- Creating information architecture process that covers mobile, clouds and desktop technology devices;
- Integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) system. The system we be focused to improve: business operation of the company, supply department organization, stock management, customers sales support and financial administration processes
- Improving of the management business processes, accuracy and reliability of management information, analysis of data from external and internal sources, generation of Key Performance Indicators.
Activities implemented under the project:
Activity 1. Promoting the use of information and communication technologies and services through acquisition and integration of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
Activity 2. Supplying and installing of equipment for integration of ICT system – server equipment - 2 pcs., network storage – 1 pc., uninterruptible power supply – 1 pc., cupboard -1pc. , network equipment - 1 pc.
